All Lace must be purchased and customized BEFORE Your appointment!
What does this mean? If you’re booking any install that involves a lace closure / Lace frontal, And you would like it to be customized ( knots bleach, Lace Plucked etc) you must come 1-3 days before your appointment to request customizing or to drop your closure off.
When booking any style of locs ( soft locs for example) The hair is not included in the service price! HOWEVER, we do carry the hair in store, so you’re able to purchase the hair the day of your appointment.
When Rescheduling Your Appointment
If you want to make changes to your existing appointment DO NOT Cancel the appointment !!!!! Contact us in regards to any changes you would like to make -OR- make the changes yourself by locating your Confirmation Email and Clicking the " Make Changes" button on the email.
** WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT !!!!!
